C & C Video Productions |

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my site. I'm Chris Castronovo (AKA Ockman). C & C Productions is a name my parents came up with a long time ago. My dad used it for his own personal productions long before I was even born. When I was in high school, I got into drama, and the A/V program, and I loved to entertain. More particular though, I loved to make videos. In my A/V class, my friend Jon Howland and I both were interested in making really good videos. For our videos, we decided to carry on the name C & C Productions, because it was my dad who gave me the idea of editing on our computer in the first place. Unlike most of our classmates at the time, who only took the A/V class just for a quick English grade. We actually took the time, and put thought into our videos. Along with the help of friends occasionally, such as Justin Skillings, and Dillon Hallen who are in several of them. We turned in the most creative videos our teacher had ever seen. We shot all the videos together, and we'd take them to my house to be edited, spending hours come up with ideas and special effects we could put into them.
For the class, we had to make certain type of videos, so we made; 2 spoof commercials, 1 public service announcement, a spoof news program, 2 music videos. We were in our senior year at the time, and when the class was over, as a final project, I wrote and directed a short movie called Help Wanted. It wasn't a class assignment exactly, I wanted to make it mainly for the experience of one final big video we could all make together. Since then, the videos we made together have been shelved pretty much. I have occasionally shown them to people online, or other friends who did not participate in the making of the videos. After high school, Jon and the others have moved on to other things, and we have not made another video since Help Wanted.
I have edited other things on my own, such as AMVs (anime music videos) which I have posted on other websites that are for fans of that sort of thing. I enjoy making those very much, and hope to continue to do so. However, as for our original live action videos, I was always hoping to get them posted on the web someday. Finally, that day is today! After years of sitting in on my shelf, I have the means to upload my videos, and allow everyone on the web to watch them. I hope you enjoy them!
(Warning: sense of humor is needed to appreciate certain videos!) lol

And now onto the videos...
Commercials
For the commercials, they were both class assignments, so we were limited to a certain time, so they are both a little short.
Public Service Announcement
Another class assignment which I think came out excellent, could pass for a real PSA I think.
The News
Another class assignment, that after many of the classmates saw our videos, they wanted to participate in this one.
Music Videos
2 very different music videos, both were made for class.
The Movie
As stated in my introduction to the site, this was NOT made for class, but for the fun of making a movie.
Although not a full length movie, it is only about 25 minutes long.
Anime Music Videos
I missed editing videos so much, that I took on a new form of making videos with these. These will probably only appeal to Dragonball Z fans.
Currently, I only have these up available in streaming form by clicking the links below. You can also download the mpg forms if you have an account at www.animemusicvideos.org, and search under the member ID: Ockman
